Stonecroft Hawke’s Bay NZ Gewurztraminer 2008 ***** 93/100

Delicious, concentrated Gewurztraminer with a silky, creamy texture. Although the wine is not particularly high in alcohol it has a pleasing richness and warmth. Initial impression suggests slight sweetness but the wine dries on the finish. Turkish delight, exotic fruit and clove spice flavours.
