An elegant nose displaying dried herb, capsicum and lime zest characters with a touch of chalky mineral notes. The palate is concentrated and beautifully textured with crisp acidity providing excellent structure and freshness. An elegant and stylish Sauvignon that should age gracefully. At its best: now to 2012. 12% Diam cork.
